About the owner

Ryan Grimm, a full time home inspector and energy auditor will provide you with the details and knowledge you need to buy or sell your home. Ryan can also evaluate your homes energy needs and diagnose your homes building performance problems while explaining how to repair them cost-effectively. Ryan is a member of NAHI, NSHI and is licensed with the Kansas home inspection board. Because Ryan is also dedicated to making buildings and homes more energy efficient he is also a certified HERS (Home Energy Rating System) energy rater registered and accredited with RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network’s) and is qualified to label any home as an ENERGY STAR home, and also provide tax credit audits & ratings.
